Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Squash Alberta
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the members of Squash Alberta (the
Association) will be held on Saturday September 26, 2026 at 9:30am for the following purposes:
1. To adopt the minutes of the 2025 Squash Alberta AGM.
2. To approve the financial statements of the Association for the year ending June 30th, 2026.
3. To approve the auditor for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
4. To ratify the 2026/27 Budget
5. To ratify the acts of the Board of Directors for 2025/26
6. To transact other business as may properly come before the meeting.
7. To elect Executive Committee members as follows:
Executive Officer - Cam Fishenden(incumbent) seeking a third, 2-year term.
Secretary - vacant
The election, if required, will be conducted by way of online voting by Squash Alberta members (more details to follow)

8. Acknowledge outgoing Board Members
Dated at the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, the 9th day of July 2026.
The manner in which the AGM will be held (virtual/in-person) is yet to be determined.
