Notice of Annual General Meeting of Squash Alberta
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Squash Alberta (the Association) will be held on Saturday, Sept 13, 2025 at 10:00am for the following purposes:
1. To adopt the minutes of the 2024 Squash Alberta AGM. 2. To approve the financial statements of the Association for the year ending June 30th, 2025. 3. To approve the auditor for the 2025-26 fiscal year. 4. To ratify the 2025/26 Budget 5. To ratify the acts of the Board of Directors for 2024/25 6. To transact other business as may properly come before the meeting. 7. To elect Executive Committee members as follows:
Executive Officer - Keltie Watson (incumbent) seeking a second 2-year term.
President - vacant
Secretary - vacant
The election will be conducted by way of online voting by Squash Alberta members (more details to follow)

8. Acknowledge outgoing Board Members
Dated at the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, the 17th day of June 2025.
The manner in which the AGM will be held (virtual/in-person) is yet to be determined.

Executive Committee Nomination Form - Must be submitted with the nominee's resume to the Squash Alberta Office (via email to ed@squashalberta.com) by 4pm on Friday, July 25, 2025. Incomplete nomination applications will not be accepted.
